By accessing or using Anonymous Chat Online, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates or revisions to these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of Anonymous Chat Online.

Anonymous Chat Online is a free, browser-based anonymous chat platform. The Service allows users to:

• Create temporary private chat rooms identified by a unique 6-character room code
• Join existing chat rooms using a shared room code
• Send and receive real-time text messages within a room
• Send and receive real-time voice messages within a room
• Chat without creating an account or providing personal information

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Messages are automatically deleted after 15 minutes of creation. Chat rooms are automatically deleted after 15 minutes of inactivity.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Anonymous Chat Online. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Anonymous Chat Online is built for private, temporary conversations between people who choose to communicate. You may use the Service for:

• Casual anonymous conversations with friends or colleagues
• Sharing temporary information that does not need a permanent record
• Private group discussions where anonymity is desired
• Quick voice note exchanges without leaving a trace

You agree to use the Service in a responsible manner that respects other users and complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

The anonymous nature of our Service is a privilege, not a license to cause harm. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Sending, sharing, or distributing child sexual abuse material or any content that sexually exploits minors
• Threats, harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any individual or group
• Content that incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against protected groups
• Sending spam, phishing links, malware, or other malicious content
• Impersonating any person, entity, or organization
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service without permission
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Sharing another person's private information without consent
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose under applicable law

You are solely responsible for any and all content - text, voice, or otherwise - that you transmit through the Service.

• Your content does not violate any applicable law or regulation
• Your content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
• You have the right and authority to share any content you transmit
• Your content does not contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code

We do not monitor, review, or moderate messages sent through the Service in real-time. We are not responsible for the content of user messages.

Because messages auto-delete after 15 minutes, we typically have no stored record of communications and cannot recover deleted messages.

Your privacy is fundamental to our Service. Our data practices are fully described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key privacy points:

• We collect no personal identifying information
• Messages are AES-256-GCM encrypted before storage
• All messages auto-delete within 15 minutes
• We use no tracking cookies or analytics
• We do not sell data to third parties

Please remember that the recipient of your messages in a chat room can still see what you send. Share responsibly.

The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We do not guarantee message delivery, retention, or protection from interception
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content
• We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements at all times

Although we implement strong encryption, no security system is perfect. Use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anonymous Chat Online and its operators shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from content posted by other users
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your communications
• Damages resulting from Service interruption, suspension, or termination

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, which in most cases will be zero.

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Since we do not collect personal information or require accounts, termination is enforced at the network level when necessary.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Simply close your browser tab.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

Since we do not collect email addresses, we cannot notify you of changes directly. We encourage you to check these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Service should first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
